- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze over each fillet. Combine pistachios and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
Notes
Pairs well with roasted vegetables or salad. Can be reheated but does not freeze well. Choose fresh salmon for the best results.
