A delightful dish combining the rich flavors of salmon with sweet maple syrup and crunchy pistachios, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze over each fillet. Combine pistachios and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with roasted vegetables or salad. Can be reheated but does not freeze well. Choose fresh salmon for the best results.
