Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy mango mousse with Greek yogurt and crunchy honey granola, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup honey granola
  • Fresh mango cubes for topping
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the ripe mangos until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm water and then gently fold it into the whipped cream.
  4. Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. In tall glasses, layer the mango mousse, Greek yogurt, and honey granola.
  6. Top with fresh mango cubes and a sprig of mint.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best texture, enjoy within a day.
