- 100g cream cheese, softened
- 150g white chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional crushed Biscoff cookies for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Lotus Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed cookies with cream cheese, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
- Coat each ball in additional crushed Biscoff cookies and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over truffles for added flavor.
