Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Combine the chopped lobster meat, crab meat, softened butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well integrated and creamy.
- Fold breadcrumbs into the mixture for texture if using, adjusting the amount based on preference.
- Scoop the mixture into small mounds on the prepared baking sheet or use a muffin tin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbling.
