Lobster Crab Butter Bombs are a luxurious seafood treat that explodes with flavor in every bite, perfect for entertaining or indulging on special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound crab meat, cooked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Combine the chopped lobster meat, crab meat, softened butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well integrated and creamy.
  3. Fold breadcrumbs into the mixture for texture if using, adjusting the amount based on preference.
  4. Scoop the mixture into small mounds on the prepared baking sheet or use a muffin tin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbling.

Notes

Serve warm with a garnish of fresh parsley and lemon juice. Pairs well with Chardonnay or sparkling water.
