Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries, white chocolate chips, and lemon zest until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
