  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries, white chocolate chips, and lemon zest until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
