- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Yogurt sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving with yogurt sauce and garnished with parsley.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also bake the chicken in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes if you don’t have a grill.
