Description

A delightful dish that perfectly marries the brightness of lemon with the aromatic essence of garlic, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Yogurt sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving with yogurt sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also bake the chicken in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes if you don’t have a grill.
