Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté until crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and stir well to coat. Add peanuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently. Adjust spice levels with red pepper flakes.
