Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (low carb)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them in the warm marinara sauce.

Notes

Add chopped fresh basil or parsley for extra flavor. Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
