- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce (low carb)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them in the warm marinara sauce.
Notes
Add chopped fresh basil or parsley for extra flavor. Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
