A warm and comforting twist on the classic Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich, combining turkey, bacon, and creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sourdough bread, toasted and cubed
- 2 cups Mornay sauce (cheese sauce)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like Parmesan or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine in a large mixing bowl the cooked turkey, crumbled bacon, and cubed sourdough bread.
- Pour the Mornay sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen before baking.
