- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with large muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, then fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Divide the muffin batter evenly among the muffin liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, add directly from the freezer.
