- 1 lb sausage (your choice)
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add diced sweet potatoes and sausage to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Choose any sausage according to your preference. For lower sugar, consider using maple syrup.
