Description

A delightful breakfast wrap packed with eggs, crispy hash browns, savory meats, and customizable fillings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 4 Eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 2 cups Hash browns
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the hash browns according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a skillet and add desired seasonings.
  3. Layer cooked hash browns, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa in the center of a tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Cut in half and serve warm.
