- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 4 Eggs
- Cooked bacon or sausage
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 2 cups Hash browns
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cook the hash browns according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet and add desired seasonings.
- Layer cooked hash browns, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa in the center of a tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
