Description

A comforting, hearty dish combining ground beef, beans, veggies, and crispy tater tots, perfect for weeknights or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz shredded cheese (optional)
  • 2 cups tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef and chopped onions over medium heat until browned and translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the baked beans, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until heated through.
  4. Assemble the mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with tater tots and cheese if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Add chili powder for extra flavor or substitute with ground turkey for a leaner option.
