Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil. Once heated, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chili paste, soy sauce, diced bell pepper, and chili flakes if you’re craving extra heat. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the chicken mixture cool slightly before serving. Spoon the savory mixture into crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped green onions.
