Description

A delightfully refreshing and naturally sweet sorbet made with ripe peaches, perfect for warm days or as a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. If using Greek yogurt, add it to the mixture and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until fully set.
  4. Once frozen, process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions to achieve a sorbet texture. Serve immediately or freeze for an additional firm texture.

Notes

For maximum sweetness, use fully ripe peaches. Experiment with flavors like vanilla or cinnamon for a unique twist.
