A delightfully refreshing and naturally sweet sorbet made with ripe peaches, perfect for warm days or as a light dessert.

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- If using Greek yogurt, add it to the mixture and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until fully set.
- Once frozen, process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions to achieve a sorbet texture. Serve immediately or freeze for an additional firm texture.
Notes
For maximum sweetness, use fully ripe peaches. Experiment with flavors like vanilla or cinnamon for a unique twist.
