- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sunbutter
- 1/4 cup collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare by gathering all your ingredients. Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks.
- Combine the banana chunks, sunbutter, collagen powder, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone ice cream bar mold, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove the bars from the mold gently, using warm water if necessary to loosen them.
Notes
Serve bars drizzled with dark chocolate or topped with crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
