- 1/4 cup coconut sugar

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
