- 2 medium zucchinis, diced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Incorporate the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the diced zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired, cover, and let it melt.
