- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and follow the package instructions to mix it thoroughly with the beef.
- Heat another skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil to coat the bottom.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half of the cheese on one half, add seasoned beef, fold, and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, repeat with remaining ingredients, cut into wedges, and serve hot with toppings.
