- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the shrimp marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl with the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Remove skewers from the grill and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
