Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the shrimp marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl with the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove skewers from the grill and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
