Ingredients

  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the nectarines in half and carefully remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the nectarines with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.

  8. Drizzle the honey balsamic glaze over the nectarines and burrata.
