Description
Deliciously spiced Grilled Kofta Kebabs made from seasoned ground meat, perfect for barbecues and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into long, thick sausages around the skewers. Make sure they are securely attached, so they don’t fall apart while grilling.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Once ready, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and browned.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with pita bread, salad, or your choice of toppings.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute ground meat with a mixture of cooked lentils and chopped veggies. Always soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
