Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the mustard, barbecue sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the sauce mixture, reserving a small amount for basting.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved sauce halfway through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before grilling. Use a thermometer for perfect cooking.
