- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Combine the mustard, barbecue sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the sauce mixture, reserving a small amount for basting.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved sauce halfway through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before grilling. Use a thermometer for perfect cooking.
