Tender, juicy grilled beef ribs with a robust seasoning blend, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pounds beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes on each side.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last few minutes of grilling, if desired.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the ribs overnight or using wood chips for a smoky flavor.
