A delicious twist on a classic favorite, perfect for summer gatherings or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  3. Brush one side of the pizza crust with olive oil.
  4. Grill the crust for about 2-3 minutes until crispy and slightly charred.
  5. Flip the crust carefully and spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion on top.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  9. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
