Description

A cool, refreshing snack made of creamy Greek yogurt and sweet blueberries, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Granola or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined to ensure the blueberries are evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until firm. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and top with granola or nuts if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a richer texture. Adjust sweetness to your liking with honey or syrup. Substitute with other fruits for variations.
