Description

Greek Salad Pinwheels are a delicious appetizer that captures Mediterranean flavors, combining cream cheese with fresh vegetables for a vibrant and refreshing dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a cylinder to keep the filling inside.
  4. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
