Description

Golden Oven Baked Chicken Thighs are easy to prepare with crispy skin and tender meat, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it in thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the thighs.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through and the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving and optionally garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and seasonings for at least 30 minutes. You can also use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs for optimal flavor and moisture.
