Delicious and smoky garlic parmesan chicken wings, perfect for impressing family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the wings in the smoker and cook for about 1.5 hours.
  4. Once the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), remove them from the smoker.
  5. Toss the wings in grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

If using frozen wings, be sure to thaw them completely before cooking for even seasoning and cooking.
