- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wings in the smoker and cook for about 1.5 hours.
- Once the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), remove them from the smoker.
- Toss the wings in grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
If using frozen wings, be sure to thaw them completely before cooking for even seasoning and cooking.
