Description

A quick and flavorful noodle dish featuring fragrant garlic and spicy chili oil, perfect for weeknight dinners or lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • Vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the garlic chili oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Toss to combine, heating through for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. If using vegetables, add them now and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if desired. Serve hot!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using homemade garlic chili oil. Feel free to experiment with different types of noodles for varying textures.
