- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
- Vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas, optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the garlic chili oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Toss to combine, heating through for about 2-3 minutes.
- If using vegetables, add them now and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if desired. Serve hot!
