Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Melt the garlic butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully place the chicken thighs in the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
