Ingredients

- 2 cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed fruits (berries, bananas, etc.)
- 1/4 cup nuts or granola (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Combine yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the lined baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Scatter your choice of mixed fruits and nuts or granola over the yogurt, pressing them in lightly. Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy!

For best results, use fresh fruits, and adjust sweetness according to taste.
