Description

A cool and refreshing treat made with yogurt and mixed fruits, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed fruits (berries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or granola (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the lined baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Scatter your choice of mixed fruits and nuts or granola over the yogurt, pressing them in lightly. Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy!
