- 200g feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and place the feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and create wells in the mixture. Crack an egg into each well.
- Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
