  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and place the feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the dish from the oven and create wells in the mixture. Crack an egg into each well.
  5. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper.
  6. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
