Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
Notes
