Description

Tender, juicy beef ribs that practically melt in your mouth, perfect for barbecues or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 lbs beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the beef ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the beef broth around them. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, let the ribs marinate in the rub overnight. If using a different cut, adjust cooking time accordingly.
