- 4 lbs beef ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine the olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef ribs.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the beef broth around them. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For deeper flavor, let the ribs marinate in the rub overnight. If using a different cut, adjust cooking time accordingly.
