Description

Delicious, tender chicken thighs slow-cooked for maximum flavor and convenience.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the onion and garlic.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
  6. Serve with your choice of sides.
