- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the onion and garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
