Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and trim the tough ends of the asparagus to ensure tender, edible spears.
- Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and black pepper, tossing gently to coat.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Notes
