Description

Delightful fusion of creamy, tangy flavors encased in a soft tortilla, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, chopped pickles, dill pickle juice, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap to hold their shape.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels about an inch thick and serve as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with ranch dressing or a zesty dipping sauce. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
