- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, chopped pickles, dill pickle juice, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap to hold their shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels about an inch thick and serve as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
