Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brewed coffee, coconut milk, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, place the container into the Ninja Creami machine and process on the ice cream setting until creamy.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze the ice cream again for a firmer consistency.
