Description

A creamy, dairy-free coconut protein ice cream that’s perfect for post-workout or a refreshing treat anytime.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (maple syrup, agave, or your choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Remove the container from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine.
  4. Select the ‘Ice Cream’ setting and process until creamy.

Notes

Serve topped with fresh fruit or nuts. Store in the Ninja Creami container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
