Description

  • Salt
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel the whole carrots and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Toss the carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, and salt.
  3. Place the seasoned carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the carrots.
