- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Transfer the crispy cauliflower to a mixing bowl and toss it in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the batter. Experiment with different sauces.
