Description

A flavor-packed, guilt-free way to enjoy buffalo wings without the meat, perfect for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Transfer the crispy cauliflower to a mixing bowl and toss it in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the batter. Experiment with different sauces.
