- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once it reaches al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Stir in the diced tomatoes and gochujang, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring it is well coated with the creamy sauce, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

For added texture, consider mixing in sautéed vegetables. Adjust the spice level of gochujang per preference.
