- 8 ounces pasta (like rotini or penne)
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and allow it to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced dill pickles, diced red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients well until everything is thoroughly combined and the pasta is coated with the creamy dressing.
- Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a touch more mayonnaise or sour cream before serving if it thickens.
