- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Start by peeling and chopping the ripe mangoes.
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice.
- Carefully pour the mango-coconut mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk. You can also experiment with flavors by adding mint leaves or diced fruits.
