Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet, cooking until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve the salmon topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
