Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet, cooking until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve the salmon topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
