Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until they are soft and fragrant.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
