- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until they are soft and fragrant.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and top with the roasted tomatoes. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve your whipped feta dip with pita chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
