A comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of chicken pot pie with the convenience of one-pot pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until sauce thickens and pasta is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a splash of chicken broth or water when reheating.
