- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until sauce thickens and pasta is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a splash of chicken broth or water when reheating.
