  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add any optional vegetables like peas or carrots and stir them into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
