Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Transfer steamed cauliflower, garlic, and vegetable broth to a blender, blending until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and combine with the cauliflower Alfredo sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use cashew cream instead of heavy cream and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
